Back in the 1960’s several Lancashire Automobile Club members including Billy Turner and Ted Heath helped organise the Castles Run which finished at Clitheroe Castle. This video was taken as the cars approached the Nick o’ Pendle climibimng from Sabden.
Many of the cars were regulars on the Manchester to Blackpool Cars Runs of the day. I wonder jusy how many still reside in Lancashire?
