The Post Category is used to specify which area of the page the post appears:
| welcome | This is the post that appears at the top of the left hand column |
| Info | These posts appear in the left hand column below the welcome post |
| Sticking news | These posts appear at the top of the right hand column and are not displaced by normal News posts |
| News | these appear in the right hand column below the Sticking News section, the most recent post will appear at the top |
